SMALL GROUP LEARNING.
PRACTICAL MINISTRY EXPERIENCE.
PERSONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.
Internships and residencies are designed for those interested in working in ministry and are best suited for individuals who want to grow in their faith, character, and leadership. Interns and residents will work alongside our staff as part-time employees to execute a variety of tasks and systems needed to effectively run the ministry of Vintage Church.
Internships & Residencies vary by department and pay depending on the church’s current need and the applicant’s skill and experience.
