TRAINING FOR WARRIORS
Vintage Church Challenge Starts June 13
We are partnering with HP Fitness for a 6-week challenge called Training for Warriors starting June 13. TFW is geared for all fitness levels from beginners up. The program is designed to help you lose fat, build muscle, & feel great.
The challenge is being offered over 70% off to our church ($139 total) and includes a sponsors bag, t-shirt, before & after body measurements, before and after photos, Warrior 20 nutritional checklist & guide, access to online workout tracker, full gym access, childcare during classes, unlimited TFW classes (mix of strength & cardio) and more.
Monday-Friday: 5:00 am and 6:00 pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 am
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 am
Saturday: 7:30 am (mens group only) 9:00 am
